A fragrant blend of Sakura flowers, leaves and green tea

This limited edition tea has been blended with wild cherry blossom flowers and leaves. The tea has been shaded for a short period giving it a light umami flavour mixed with the floral sakura scent. 

Steeping Notes:  3-5g | 200ml | 70°C | 1-2min 

• Ingredients: Dried sakura flowers, dried sakura leaf, green tea
• Region: Wazuka, Kyoto
• Cultivars: Yabukita (tea) Yae-sakura (cherry)
• Production: Light steam, rolled and dried 

About the Farm: 

Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms is a Japanese tea brand owned and operated by tea farmers in the town of Wazuka, Kyoto. Started by Akihiro Kita and Yasuharu Matsumoto in 2004, the company began as an agricultural social venture. Akky and Matsu's aim was and still is, to teach tea lovers both in Japan and overseas about the value of tea farming, and to contribute to society through tea.
