Green Oribe matcha tea bowl with signed wooden box

This classic green and beige Oribe matcha tea bowl was created by master Godai Kosaburo from Kikyoya kiln.

Oribe ware is decorated with abstract designs and is known for its asymmetrical shapes and flowing glazes in both green and black. The green oribe is painted with green copper-sulfate glaze that contrasts the light base.
