The tea is then pan fired using traditional tools to create a green tea that has a deep floral aroma and mellow vegetal sweetness.

Interesting tea, like a greenish oolong

This is a very interesting tea. It’s a lot like a lightly fermented greenish tea, with a bit of tannin and notes of forest floor and mushrooms. Experimenting with different concentrations shows that it stands up well as both a light tea and a stronger tea. I’ve had Chinese all oolongs like this in the past, and it is a great late afternoon tea that doesn’t have too strong a kick.
